You will possess above average sales skills and the desire for above average income. You will come with 5 years of sales experience and, above all, a willingness to engage the client at every level. Responsibilities include prospecting and developing new business; you will want to lead by example and groom your team members to follow in your footsteps.

You may be an experienced staffing solutions specialist in Technology, Accounting & Finance, or Life Sciences looking to engage clients in an industry or location that you currently cannot - why be restricted by the incumbent client owner in your current firm? Call us to discuss how you can work these clients. You will possess above average sales skills and the desire for above average income. You will come with 2 years of sales experience and, above all, a willingness to engage the client at every level. You must want to provide the best service to your clients in the industry. Responsibilities include prospecting and developing new business; you will want to participate and improve on an already successful process.

If you have the desire to learn the business from the ground up, then this is the role for you. The pace at which you can master the underlying processes of the staffing industry, as we have defined them, will dictate how quickly you will transition into becoming a very active member of our search and acquire team. This team is responsible for "Head-Hunting" in the traditional manner. Our clients want to hire experienced professionals who are currently employed - not those multitudes on the Internet resume databases. Responsibilities include tracking and updating candidate profiles on corporate database, researching and targeting candidates, and working closely with Client Account Managers.
